SmithsShoes.com accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. All Returns must be received within fifteen(15) days of receipt. Returned Items initially sent with free shipping will be credited less original shipping amount incurred by Smith's Shoes (Please call 888-395-0478 for confirmation of that shipping amount prior to your return). Items purchased without free shipping will be credited less original shipping amount.

ALL "SALE" ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

-All shipping charges are non-refundable

-SmithsShoes.com reserves the right to choose shipping carrier on all free shipping items.

-Once items have left our store, we are not responsible for delayed or damaged shipping.  Customer must contact UPS,USPS or FedEx 
-SmithsShoes.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fifteen(15) day return period
-Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange item(s)
-Returns on special orders are not accepted.
-Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as SmithsShoes.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages
-An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by SmithsShoes.com
-Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from SmithsShoes.com)
